We established Nigeria's first transaction and switching infrastructure, paving the way for payment acceptance across the country. It took 13 banks, a team of smart people who were crazy enough to dream and a persistence that was fueled by vision. But we did it.

We met the continent's most critical need, but we were just getting started.

They say success is only proven when it can be replicated. We agree.

We had a success story in Nigeria, but the rest of Africa was waiting. We broadened the payment ecosystem across Nigeria and beyond, with easily accessible digital solutions catering to the modern consumer.

Connecting Saccos to ease in Kenya, enabling banks in Ghana, pushing the boundaries of inclusion in Uganda…the journey began and it's not stopping soon until all of Africa is connected with seamless payments.

Our hunch was right.

20 years after, an industry has emerged, thriving on the rails we built, and the world has noticed. Again, we led the way to emerge as Africa's first Fintech unicorn, and more unicorns have emerged. A vibrant ecosystem is growing, and the possibilities are endless.

Now more than ever, we see the need to keep pushing the boundaries, to keep innovating and switching things up.

Africa is not stopping, why should we?

We know from experience that we can create the future, and we are more than prepared to do it again. Beyond payments, convenience, connectivity, ease and security in every segment. Every vertical in every country until the Africa of our dreams is the 'normal' our children experience.

Seems like a tall order, but as always we are unfazed. Africa is on the move and we are the wheels behind her stride.
